What It Feels Like
Eight men and women tell share first-hand their most extraordinary, intense experiences.
Everyone has experiences; they are the stuff life is made of. Technically, going to the store and buying cheese is an experience. But some people have amazing ones, or frightening ones, or intense ones; experiences that most people never have—and possibly never want—a chance to feel. In the following pages, you’ll read first-hand stories from eight local men and women, stories ranging from the spectacular (a Super Bowl win, a lottery jackpot) to the sorrowful (a cancer diagnosis at 22) to the scandalous (male nudity!). We thank them for sharing their experiences with us.
