WHATS IN IT: A new spin-off of a favorite drink of Ernest Hemingway, Red Room’s grapefruit daiquiri has light Caribbean rum, Cointreau, grapefruit juice, simple syrup and fresh-squeezed lime juice. Hemingway’s was frozen, this is served up. We never got the fru-fru vibe from Hemingway, but there you go.

WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE: Kind of like a limeade.

WHAT IT TASTES LIKE: A citrusy (but still sweet) martini.
HOW MUCH IT COSTS: $8.50
